How is my referral credit calculated?

Product credit is calculated at 10% of qualifying referred product sales made using your unique referral code. Shipping is excluded, and cancelled, refunded or returned orders do not earn credit.

Do I need to hold stock or place a wholesale order?

No. The Community Partner Program is designed for businesses and practitioners who would like to refer customers without needing to hold Sabine & Sparrow stock.

Will you provide promotional material for me?

Yes. We can provide simple co-branded promotional material featuring your referral code, including a customer-facing pamphlet that can be printed or shared digitally. Other partner marketing material may also be available where suitable.

Can we collaborate in other ways?

Can I also become a wholesale stockist?

Yes. The Community Partner Program and wholesale are separate options. If you later decide you would like to stock Sabine & Sparrow products, you can enquire about wholesale access separately.

Does my product credit have a cash value?

No. Community Partner product credit cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed against eligible Sabine & Sparrow products.

Community Partner terms may be reviewed or updated by Sabine & Sparrow. Customer discounts apply to eligible orders and cannot be combined with other offers unless agreed. Product credit applies only to qualifying product sales made using the partner’s unique referral code.
